Sie wurde von Edmund Jacobson w\u00e4hrend 6 Jahren (1962-1968) bei \u00fcber 60 Patienten Klinisch angewandt und erprobt.<\/p>\n<p>In einer 1994 publizierten\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Metastudie\">Metastudie<\/a> wurden 66 bis 1985 publizierte Studien mit zusammen etwa 3000 Patienten zur PMR als eigenst\u00e4ndigem (und nicht lediglich die Verhaltenstherapie unterst\u00fctzendem) Therapieverfahren ausgewertet. In 75 % der Studien wurden deutliche Symptombesserungen, in 60 % dar\u00fcber hinaus Verbesserungen der allgemeinen Befindlichkeit festgestellt. Diese waren stabil. Bei Angst- und Spannungszust\u00e4nden (inklusive damit verbundener k\u00f6rperlicher Beschwerden) sei die spezifische Wirksamkeit der PMR gut belegt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Methode der progressiven Muskelentspannung wird h\u00e4ufig im Rahmen eine Therapie\u00a0eingesetzt, beispielsweise bei der Behandlung von Angstst\u00f6rungen. Aber auch bei Kopfschmerzen, chronischen R\u00fcckenschmerzen, Schlafst\u00f6rungen\u00a0\u00a0sowie Stress\u00a0lassen sich mit progressiver Muskelentspannung gute Erfolge erzielen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Eine Technik besteht darin, die Muskelgruppen beim langsamen Einatmen anzuspannen und dann beim doppelt so langsamen Ausatmen durch die gespitzten Lippen zu entspannen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Man sollte zweimal am Tag jeweils 15 Minuten lang \u00fcben.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; ENTSPANNTE MUSKELN, ENTSPANNTER GEIST Progressive Relaxation ist eine neue Methode, um das Nervensystem und den Geist zur Ruhe zu bringen.
